Diploma of Leadership & Management

The Diploma of Leadership & Management qualification will be issued upon successful completion of the course of study. This qualification is nationally recognised under the Australian Qualification Framework (AQF).

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Preferred pathways for candidates considering this qualification include:
  • Certificate IV in Frontline Management or other relevant qualification, or
  • With vocational experience but without formal supervision or management qualification.

There are no pre-requisites for this course.

COURSE LOCATION

ASSESSMENT METHOD

Assessment includes combinations of practical and research projects, practical assessments, role plays, case studies and scenarios, written knowledge questions, examinations and presentations.

TRAINING METHOD

Institution based training is in a classroom setting, which will include dynamic workshops that develop your skills and competence in applying business disciplines and practices. Classes will include: written work, practical training and hands-on activities, group discussions, presentations, research and project work.

Pathways from the qualification
Students who successfully complete the Diploma of Business qualification will have the opportunity to articulate into the:
BSB60207 Advanced Diploma of Business or a range of other Advanced Diploma qualifications, or

Bachelor of Business or Accounting with Kent Institute Australia, or

Bachelor of Business or Bachelor of Health Science Western Sydney University,
