Academic progress is recorded and monitored on a fortnightly basis within each term (Study Period), by ITI management under the assessment policy.
Students who are at risk of not meeting satisfactory course progress, are identified as soon as they fall below 100% of the Institutes monitoring academic progress requirements, and an intervention strategy is implemented. This level of monitoring and early intervention allows the institute to better assist the student in maintaining a satisfactory result.
Where ITI/EEI determines that the student is unable to meet the minimum academic requirements of competency in at least 50% of the UOCs/Subjects, the student is informed in writing of an intent to report, and his/her right to access ITI’s appeals process within 20 working days.
At all times ITI and EEI will endeavor to work with students to assist you in meeting your academic progress requirements.
